Mr. Wang Long, Chairman of Dongfeng Motor Industry Import & Export Co., Ltd. (DFMIEC), led a senior delegation to Nepal for an official inspection and exchange visit.
The visit focused on reviewing Dongfeng’s market performance, operational setup, and overall presence in Nepal, while also strengthening engagement with local partners and customers. The visit reflects Dongfeng Motor’s continued focus on the Nepali market and its long-term development potential.
The delegation included Mr. Wang Long, Chairman of DFMIEC; Mr. Zhao Xiaojie, Director of the Strategic Operations Department; Mr. Chen Jian, Director of the Human Resources Department; and Mr. He Zixin, Region Manager for South Asia.
The team visited Nepal to observe current market activities, assess infrastructure and after-sales operations, and explore future opportunities for growth, expansion, and deeper market penetration.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed Dongfeng’s performance in Nepal and gained insights into customer response, market trends, and operational efficiency.
The team evaluated existing facilities and discussed future strategies aimed at strengthening brand presence, improving customer experience, and expanding product offerings in the Nepali market.
As part of the visit, customers were handed over Nammi cars by Dongfeng delegates, marking an important milestone for the brand in Nepal. The handover reflected Dongfeng and Nammi’s commitment to delivering reliable and value-driven mobility solutions while building long-term relationships with customers in the country.
As per the company, the visit concluded with positive discussions on future collaboration and market development. Dongfeng Motor reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the growth of its operations in Nepal and working closely with local partners to further strengthen infrastructure, enhance service quality, and unlock new possibilities in the evolving Nepali EV market.
