inDrive, the global mobility and delivery platform, brought together more than 60 emerging content creators for “Creators Bhetghat,” an afternoon of mentorship, hands-on creative challenges, and community building.
The event also marked the launch of “Dream It. Do It.”, an inDrive-backed creator fellowship that will seed fund six original content ideas from participating creators, with all projects to be filmed in Nepal.
The session opened with informal on-camera interviews in which creators shared the one piece of content they have always dreamed of making in Nepal – responses that will help shape the ‘Dream It. Do It.’ lineup.
Participants then took part in an industry-insights session on navigating brand and corporate deals, covering contract literacy, fair compensation, and common red flags creators should watch for. The afternoon’s interactive portion split ten mixed teams across creative stations, including pottery, painting, and craft challenges, with each team producing original content in a timed sprint judged on concept and execution.
The event closed with inDrive Nepal’s confirmation that it will fund 6 creators to produce the dream content ideas they described earlier in the day, ranging from documenting ethnic Nepali food to personal milestones such as an adventurous trip to Pokhara. Selected creators will receive a seed fund as production support and full creative freedom.
As per the company claims, the initiative responds to a fast-growing creator economy in Nepal which has become a genuine livelihood pathway for the country’s young digital talent.
inDrive continues to position itself as more than a ride-hailing app, reflecting the brand’s commitment to Nepal’s creators. “Dream It. Do It.” exists to extend a stepping stone for emerging storytellers to turn the content they have always wanted to make into reality, while building a lasting community of creators.
Selected creators will be announced through inDrive socials, with their dream content shot and released over the following months. inDrive Nepal intends expanding into new themes and creator categories in future editions.
