CG Net and Thulo.com sign strategic partnership to boost SME digitalization and automation in Nepal

काठमाडौं ।

CG Net and Thulo.com have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at accelerating SME digital transformation in Nepal by making
modern business tools more accessible for small and medium-sized enterprises across the country.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Sujan Thapa, CEO of CG Net, and Mr. Raja Ram Nepal, CEO of Thulo.com. The partnership focuses on helping SMEs adopt structured digital systems that improve day-to-day operations, customer handling, sales follow-ups, marketing
communication, and overall productivity—reducing manual work and enabling faster, more sustainable growth.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Thapa said CG Net is focused on enabling Nepal’s digital future and sees the partnership as a practical way to help SMEs adopt modern tools. “By combining reliable connectivity and strong digital solutions, we can help businesses across
Nepal adopt modern systems and operate more efficiently,” he said.

Mr. Raja Ram Nepal, CEO of Thulo.com, said the partnership is designed to remove common barriers that many small businesses face when shifting from manual processes to digital operations.

“Small businesses are the backbone of Nepal’s economy, but many still
struggle with scattered processes and manual work. This partnership with CG Net is an important step to make business automation easier and more accessible for SMEs,” he said. “Together, we aim to help Nepali businesses save time, manage customers better, increase sales efficiency, and grow with confidence through digital tools.”

The service under this partnership is currently available in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Chitwan, and will be expanded to other cities across Nepal soon, enabling wider SME adoption of business automation tools beyond major urban centers.

Both companies believe this collaboration will create a major milestone in Nepal’s SME ecosystem by encouraging faster adoption of digital business tools and improving how small businesses manage customers, sales, marketing, and internal operations in an increasingly
digital economy.
