The all-electric Maxus MIFA 7 MPV has been unveiled today at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025, at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. Manufactured by the renowned Chinese automotive giant SAIC Motor under its Maxus brand, the MIFA 7 is positioned as a highly equipped premium vehicle. Earlier, Maxus had launched its eTerron9 electric luxury 4WD pickup in the Manang, Nepal.
This luxurious 7-seater MPV has been brought to Nepal by Himalaya Motorx, the official distributor for Maxus in Nepal. Himalaya Motorx operates under the umbrella of Himalaya Organization, a company that has been importing and distributing various automotive brands in Nepal for over 30 years.
The company claims that the MIFA 7 is a perfect fit for premium car enthusiasts in Nepal. During the auto expo, customers booking the MIFA 7 will receive a cash discount of NPR 10,00,000, while those booking the eTerron9 pickup will receive NPR 500,000 in cash discounts along with other exclusive offers, according to Saurav Thapa, Managing Director of Himalaya Motorx.
The price of the 7-seater Maxus MIFA 7 is NPR 1,25,00,000, and the eTerron9 double cab electric pickup is priced at NPR 1,09,99,000 , as announced by the company.
Equipped with a 90 kWh battery, the Maxus MIFA 7 supports DC fast charging and can charge from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes. As a multi-purpose vehicle, it comes with features such as:
