Ncell service has been disrupted after the optical fiber connecting Butwal-Bardghat and Damauli-Ambukhaireni was cut during road expansion in multiple links.
Ncell Axiata Limited has informed that its service has been disrupted since Thursday morning.
Ncell said that the related first maintenance teams have been deployed in the field for the interrupted service and efforts are being made to resume the service soon.
‘Our First Line Maintenance (FLM) team has already been working in the field to restore the network as soon as possible and resume voice, SMS and data services,’ Ncell said, ‘We express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this unforeseen incident and our deep appreciation for your patience and understanding.’
Ncell apologized for the inconvenience caused to the service by saying that the service was interrupted during the road widening.
In addition to this, Ncell has also requested everyone to be vigilant in protecting the important telecommunication infrastructures in order to maintain the essential telecommunication services.
