Team Nepal departs for ‘Robotics for Good Youth Challenge 2025’ in Geneva

काठमाडौं ।

A group of talented young innovators from Nepal is departing for Geneva, Switzerland, to represent the country at the prestigious “AI for Good – Robotics for Good Youth Challenge 2025”. The challenge is part of the AI for Good Global Summit organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and will commence from July 8, 2025.

The participating teams from Nepal were selected through the “Robotics for Good Youth

Challenge – Nepal National Competition”, organized by the Robotics Association of Nepal (RAN). Team Nepal comprises winners from both the Senior and Junior levels.

Senior Challenge: Kathmandu Engineering College, Kalimati

Junior Challenge: United School, Gwarko, Lalitpur

The Junior Challenge was held on May 28, 2025, at United School, Lalitpur, with the

participation of 17 schools from across Nepal. Final selections were made through an interview process.
