Xiaomi, Global technology leader, today announced its latest Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Nepal.Situated in Roongta’sMall, Adarshnagar, Birgunj, with this ASC, Xiaomi Nepal has further strengthened its after sales service network.
The brand’s ASC network is spread across major cities in Nepal including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Dhangadi, Butwal and Itahari.
Marking the occasion, Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager,Xiaomi Nepal said that, “At Xiaomi, gaining and strengthening the trust & satisfaction of Mi Fans is paramount. We realise that the quality of our devices and our robust after sales service practices go a long way in reinforcing trust in the brand. In the first week of the launch, Mi Fans can avail free of cost servicing on all Xiaomi products including the models that are out of warranty. Xiaomi Nepal would set up a service camp for the same. Mi Fans can check the service camp timings on Xiaomi Nepal’s social media handles.
With the launch of Xiaomi’s authorised service centers, the brand has witnessed an increase in the usage of authorized products in the user community in Nepal. As Xiaomi continues to strengthen its after sales network in Nepal, it has also introduced multiple initiatives inspired by the efficiency of the internet which has resulted in more enhanced services for consumers, lower wait time, reduced TAT and higher CSAT.
