To protect personal privacy, inDrive offers a masked call feature that enables riders and drivers to communicate without revealing phone numbers. In case of discomfort or emergency, the in-app SOS button allows users to quickly seek assistance, adding an extra layer of security while allowing passengers to stay in control of their ride.
