Top 5 finalists announced in 4 categories of the ICT Award 2025; public voting starts today

The tenth “ICT Award 2025” has announced the top five in four categories. The top five have been declared in the Startup, Product, Rising Star Innovation, and Social Innovation categories of the ICT Award 2025.

This year the tenth edition of the ICT Award is being held in the first week of Poush under the title “inDrive ICT Award 2025 in association with Nepal Pay, TingTing and powered by Sasto Tickets.”

The grand jury session to select the top five took place on Kartik 29 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The award semifinalists presented their startups, innovations, and projects to a panel of 14 expert jurors and participated in speed-dating sessions.

Including the grand jury, various pre-events of the ICT Award are being showcased through a special television show on Himalayan Television HD starting from Mangsir 4. The show is broadcast every Wednesday evening from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The special television show will be aired across five episodes.

In the Startup category of the ICT Award 2025, the startups that made the top five are: Arkbo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Fasto Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Mach Twenty Four Orbitals Pvt. Ltd., Sync Technology and Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., and Trip Turbo Pvt. Ltd.

Similarly, in the Product category of the ICT Award 2025, IELTS Pulse, IphaVend, My QR, Quick CCA, and Vayu Drishti have succeeded in making the top five.

In the Rising Star Innovation category of the ICT Award 2025, the top five are: Kanoon AI, Mind Bridge, Scaling Smarter, Spinovate, and Vox Vision.

Also, in the Social Innovation category, Dastaa, Hamro Health Schools, Kataho Digital Address, Rahat, and Saalik have made the top five.
More than 400 nominations were received across these four categories of the ICT Award 2025. Earlier, 12 semifinalists had been selected in each of the Startup, Product, Rising Star Innovation, and Social Innovation categories.

The semifinalists received training, mentoring, industry visits, and the opportunity to participate in the Sunway Startup Idea Fest 2025 held on Kartik 27 and 28.

With the announcement of the top five, public voting has also begun. Votes can be cast for favorite startups, products, and innovations via “Hamro Pay.” The overall winners in the Startup, Product, Rising Star Innovation, and Social Innovation categories will be selected based on jury evaluation combined with public voting.

In addition, the semifinalists will be eligible to participate in the Public Choice ICT Award 2025. For this category, votes for one’s preferred semifinalists can also be cast through “Hamro Pay.” The competitor receiving the highest number of votes will be awarded the Public Choice ICT Award.

The ICT Award is a popular and prestigious program in Nepal’s information and communication technology sector. Started ten years ago, the ICT Award will this year present prizes across 15 different categories.

This year the ICT Award is title-sponsored by inDrive, with Nepal Pay QR and TingTing listed as “in association with,” and Sasto Tickets as “powered by.” The award program is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Department of Information Technology, the Nepal Telecommunications Authority, and various national and international organizations.
